Embody and Rise Costa Rica is a 7-day yoga and wellness retreat in the height of the jungle featuring daily yoga, mediation and journaling in an on-site yoga shala overlooking the luscious layers of Nosara! This retreat is your invitation to reconnect with yourself, rise into your next chapter, and embody the fullest expression of who you are- surrounded by ocean, adventure and community! With space for rest, reflection and exploration, this retreat blends movement, adventure, nature and soul work in a way that supports deep inner and outer transformation! All in the supportive, uplifting community! 7 days, 6 nights at Brisas Retreat Centre Nosara ( 2 Houses in a gated, secluded community) Transportation from LIR airport on arrival February 3.
